Celtic Diary - Jan 27th
Friday January 27
Supporters throughout Scotland last night celebrated the move by Scotrail to ban alcohol on trains on sunday in an attempt to avoid trouble at the powderkeg League cup semi-final between Celtic and Falkirk on Sunday. Once more, to everyone attending the game, lets be careful out there. A cynic may say that this is an attempt to even up arrest figures by the Orwellian Strathclyde Police, determined to show that Celtic and Rangers fans are two sides of the same coin, but I'm sure we're all above that. Especially with the news that two Rangers fans have been referred for social reports after a sectarian attack on two Celtic fans at a Perth service station back in August.

Talking of Sectarian attacks, poor Kyle Lafferty has once again been crying into his Red Bull about suffering constant Sectarian abuse. This is where the old interpretation issue arise, we suggest that it isnt sectarian reasons people abuse you Kyle, its cause you're just such a dick. Only a matter of opinion of course.
